I have 24 years experience
in the nuclear field. During ten years
in the Navy I created and reviewed naval nuclear procedures, 8 years as a Radiation Monitor , 6 years as supervisor, and 4 years as a radiological controls shift
supervisor ( revising procedures & performing them). Since leaving the Navy, I have spent 14 years working outages at
commercial nuclear plants. At some of
the outages I worked as an ALARA specialist detailing procedures and creating
computer programs for controlling compliance.
I am hazardous material controls & shipping certified. I am well versed in all governing documentation
and procedures. The rest of the outages
I was working as a Radiological Controls Technician. I also have 20 years experience with computers, consulting &
trouble shooting software & hardware.
I have worked 33 nuclear plant outages.
